Pineapple Power

Tastes great and fights inflammation.

Boasts anti-inflammatory power from pineapple, celery AND ginger.

  • ¼ pineapple
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ inch fresh ginger

Peel and roughly chop pineapple.  Juice all ingredients together and stir.
